The Forge: Lemont Quarries Offers New Dining Experience

Winter may be in full swing but that doesn’t mean that outside dining needs to end. Our friends at The Forge have a Forgefire Winter Dining starting February 5th and running weekends through February.

This dining experience is 100% outside at their specialized heated tables. You’ll stay warm with blankets, unbelievable food and a great view!

There are 2 dining times available each weekend 4:00PM-5:30PM or 6:00PM-7:30PM. A different 4 course menu each weekend is offered, some of the tempting options include Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Fondue, Beef Short Rib Burgundy, Grilled Antipasto, Vegetarian Options and scrumptious desserts.

Make sure to dress for the weather. While the heated tables are outside and cozy, it’s still winter in Illinois after all.
