Cruisin Through the Heritage Corridor

Cruise through the many downtowns around the Heritage Corridor this summer while exploring exotic, classic, one-of-kind cars you don’t normally see. It’s Cruise Night season and several of our towns are hosting fun-filled nights with more than just cars - there's live music to enjoy too! Explore Downtown Morris, Plainfield and Lemont while visiting some of their local restaurants and shops along the way.

• Morris Cruise Night: Second Saturday of the month until October 9

Walk the streets of Downtown Morris andtake in the one-of-a-kind classic cars. Morris boasts many many restaurants and shops within walking distance that you can explore as well. Enjoy the 60s & 70s music as they turn back the hands of time.

• Plainfield Cruise Nights:  Every Tuesday until August 24

Each Tuesday, Plainfield Cruise Nights bring classic and custom cars to the downtown Lockport Street, along with live music and great crowds. If you stir up an appetite, be sure to stop at one of the many restaurants and venture off into one of several unique shops in the area. 

• Lemont Legends Cruise Nights: Every Wednesday until August 25

From exotic cars to Jeeps and even tractors, this car show gives you a different theme each night, offering a wide range of styles. Later this month you can explore Jeep night, Buick/Olds/Pontiac, and Harley/Custom bikes.

• Cruisin' Into Lockport: Every Monday until October 4 

Each Monday, classics and sports cars line up in historic downtown Lockport featuring live music and the Market at the Square. Stop in for an appetizer and drinks or a full entree at one of several restaurants on State Street.
