The class begins at 6 PM, and doors open at 5 PM along with our full bar and holiday gift shop. Each guest may order one complimentary glass of wine or beer, and additional beverages may be purchased for an additional charge. Reservations are required and can be made online by clicking here. ABOUT THE FOOD: Camp Aramoni’s charcuterie boards are artfully designed by Chef Carson Barger so you’ll say “wow!” as soon as you walk in the door. Our boards feature an assortment of goats milk chevre, habanero jack, smoked gouda, sharp cheddar cheese, gorgonzola, sopressata, prosciutto, genoa salami, assorted crackers, housemade lavash, grainy mustard, imported olives, housemade pickles, grapes and honey harvested from our on-site apiary.
