ABOUT THE CHEF: Chef Carson Barger is the Executive Chef at Camp Aramoni. Traditionally trained in Lebanese cuisine, Chef’s food is influenced by Mediterranean plant centric fare. Now serving many different demographics between Camp Aramoni’s events and campground, Chef takes pride in implementing a plant-centric, upscale rustic menu that incorporates locally sourced and foraged ingredients.
