A mid-1800’s architectural wonder helped make Chicago the city it is today.  The 96-mile Illinois & Michigan Canal (I&M Canal) connected the Great Lakes in Bridgeport, Chicago to the Illinois River at LaSalle-Peru, and amazingly unique towns sprung up that maintain their authentic charm to this date.

Ottawa 2 Rivers Wine Fest Back Again!

Get out and enjoy a weekend getaway surrounded by wine, good weather and even better company. The Ottawa 2 Rivers Wine Fest is just around the corner and trust us when we say you do not want to miss out.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery of downtown Ottawa while exploring the stories and boutiques. Take a seat at one of their restaurants where the food will leave you fully satisfied, then stroll through the Jordan Block and Washington Park for a tasting of some of the best wine in the area.

There will be sounds filling the air from musical acts hear and far. Also, book a tour with Tom so that you can learn a little history while you’re exploring. This event is for 21 & older, be sure to grab your tickets soon!
