The 2022 Great Race is coming to Plainfield on June 22, 2022 and bringing more than 120 vintage cars to the downtown area.
Plainfield is a rest stop for the drivers and they will be welcomed in with an opening ceremony at 4PM. Shortly after, their automobiles will be on display on Lockport Street until 8PM for all to see. Bring your family and friends and come take a peek and even snap a few photos of their one-of-a-kind vehicles.
The race begins in Warwick, RI on June 18th and will go through eight other states to make it to the finish line at Fargo, ND. While it isn’t too much about the fastest time, it really highlights these style cars who participate in a controlled-speed endurance road rally on public highways.
