The Morris Chop Shop specializes in fresh local raised beef, pork and poultry. All of the beef is raised on family farms in Illinois. The Morris Chop Shop cooks all of the meat over a wood burning grill & rotisserie giving it a natural smoke and char distinctive taste over a live fire. All of the food is made from scratch in their kitchen so that you know what is in the food your tasting. All steaks and chops are seasoned with their signature dry rub and served with fresh seasonal vegetable and choice of potato.
