Camp Aramoni and Star Union Spirits are pleased to introduce a pairing dinner experience on Thursday, November 2, 2023. Camp Aramoni’s Executive Chef Carson Barger has designed this four course menu to provide a boozy bite of fall. While still taking full advantage of winter crops like citrus, Chef Carson also introduces spring ingredients like arugula and locally grown blue oyster mushrooms. Each course is then artfully paired with a select offering of cocktails by Star Union Spirits - including their well-known and well-loved Club Cocktail.

Dinner begins at 6 PM. Doors open at 5 PM along with our full bar featuring wine, beer and classic cocktails. Reservations are required for this one-night-only culinary experience and can be made online. Please note that this is a prix fixe menu and changes cannot be made due to dietary aversions. However, with advance notice, we can accommodate most allergies.

Camp Aramoni is a boutique campground and event venue awaiting your discovery just 90 minutes southwest of Chicago. With a focus on local, high-quality ingredients, choosing to serve Star Union Spirits products at Camp Aramoni was a no-brainer. Established in 2016 in Peru, Illinois and operating out of the historic Westclox factory, Star Union Spirits is inventive in that can-do Midwestern way, reinvigorating the art of specialty craft spirits. Our team at Camp Aramoni enjoys serving Star Union Spirits to the guests who visit us from all over the world.

ABOUT THE CHEF: Chef Carson Barger is the Executive Chef at Camp Aramoni. Traditionally trained in Lebanese cuisine, Chef’s food is influenced by Mediterranean plant centric fare. Now serving many different demographics between Camp Aramoni’s events and campground, Chef takes pride in implementing a plant-centric, upscale rustic menu that incorporates locally sourced and foraged ingredients.
