A mid-1800’s architectural wonder helped make Chicago the city it is today. The 96-mile Illinois & Michigan Canal (I&M Canal) connected the Great Lakes in Bridgeport, Chicago to the Illinois River at LaSalle-Peru, and amazingly unique towns sprung up that maintain their authentic charm to this date.

Smokey the Donkey
Indian Pale Ale
Bright golden in color, low in bitterness, a pleasant citrus aroma with a nice malty background. They purposely added the majority of the hops at the end of the boil as well as dry hopping. This single hop beer exemplifies the virtues of Citra hops.
The malt is American two row with a small amount of Vienna malt to bring out the caramel goodness. The flavor brings out grapefruit and lemon flavors from the hops as well as the light malt sweetness. It’s light bodied with an enjoyable citrus aftertaste.
Happy Hour Autumn Sour
Sour Ale
A refreshing tart apple sour ale.
Dungeon Master: Mimic
Imperial Stout - 11.5%
Looming large, this years Mimic is even bigger than before. 10 pounds per barrel of toasted coconut provide a deeply integrated flood of confectioners flavors.
?A thick, warming body provides the ideal canvas for a flavor meld of sherry, sweet marshmallow, and, of course, toasty chocolate coconut. The omission of milk sugar in this version produces a more classic and less sweet riff on one of our house favorites.
Bison Weizen
Weizen
This dark, malty, and sweet wheat beer has banana and clove flavors with hints of caramel.
?$1 from every Bison Weizen sold goes to the IDNR to help take care of the bison at Buffalo Rock State Park!

Pass the Hops
Indian Pale Ale
“Pass The Hops” is a Hazy IPA with Georgia Pie Terpenes brewed in collaboration with our friends over Fortunate Youth.
?It is packed with Dank, Juicy Flavors with notes of ripe papaya, bubblegum, lemon, and of course... peach It has a medium body and a beautiful orange-to-yellow haze!
Staying Power
Hazy IPA
In recognition of the hop’s staying power, the lupulin rich cones reaching for the sky on vines that eagerly grow in sunshine rich regions, we brewed a Hazy IPA respectfully named “Staying Power” as a nod to the hop. Sticky Citra, resiny Cryo El Dorado, and some dank blueberry filled Mosaic make up our latest IPA.
A lighter and softer malt body made up of Pilsner malts and chewy oats keep this crushable at 6.8% ABV leaving a bouquet of tropical fruits and citruses lingering after a clean finish.
