The City of La Salle's St. Patrick's Day Parade is set for 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9th. Staging for the parade begins at 11 a.m. in the Knights of Columbus parking lot on Second Street.

This family-friendly parade begins on north Stephen Street near the I&M Canal with a full lineup of parade participants, including the 2024 Queen, Lemontster Archie, and the Stockyard Kilty Band. The parade heads west down Main Street to the Fest at Legion Park and the VFW Post 5819 where the celebration continues with performances by Irish dancers, the Stockyard Kilty Band, and of course the skril of the pipes.

This year's Shamrockin' event will celebrate Irish culture from across the pond, our neighbor Chicago, and right here in Joliet! It will include live artists performing both traditional and contemporary Irish music, along with Irish dancers, bagpipers, and many others.
